General information

Dear colleagues, On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we have the pleasure to invite you to submit your contributions to the 25th Iberoamerican Congress on Pattern Recognition (CIARP25 - CIARP Porto). 

This year we have two types of submission:

The full papers are extensive papers, similar to the papers submitted at previous CIARP congresses, should follow the Springer submission guidelines and will be allocated a standard oral presentation time slot. They will be published by Springer as Lecture Notes in Computer Science.

Submitted abstracts will be included only in the CIARP 2021 abstract book (pdf version). The content of an abstract should be very brief and will be allocated either a short oral presentation or a poster presentation.

You can submit your full paper or abstract via the Online Conference Service, by January 15th, 2021.

Papers and abstracts submission

During the submission process please make sure to inform us of the appropriate session/category. You may submit an paper/abstracts for oral presentation on one of the main topics, the complete list is provided here.

The local organising committee, reserves the option to accept papers/abstracts to a different session than indicated by the authors. Please upload also a CV for the review of short abstracts.

Review and notification:

All submissions will be reviewed by the CIARP 2020 scientific committee and decisions will be sent by March 15, 2021.

Presenting authors of all accepted abstracts will be required to register as delegates to the conference and pay the registration fee, as a condition for inclusion of their abstract in the program. Students with Department Head/Chair stating that the attendee is a full time student can apply as Student type of delegate.
