We recommend using Firefox or Google Chrome as the registration system works better in these browsers.
In order to register, you will need an account. If you ever used m-anage system for registering for the conference, please log in with your Username (email) and Password. If you do not have an account, you will be asked to create one once you enter your email address. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by clicking Forgot your password.

Registration fees


Cancellation and payment conditions

Before 12 March 2021: Free cancellation possible, except 40 EUR handling fee

From 13 March 2021 no refund is possible.

Your invoice should be paid within 14 days.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference. 


Invitation letter

Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa are kindly asked to contact the conference secretariat at info@codan-consulting.com.


Please note that official letters of invitation can only be given to individuals who have registered and paid the registration fee for the conference.

All requests will be considered individually.
